Do you provide a mockup before painting?

Yes. Before any painting begins, Sasha’s Workshop provides a digital mockup for client approval. This allows clients to review the placement, scale, and overall design before any artwork is applied to the piece. Painting will only begin once the design has been approved.

What can Sasha’s Workshop paint?

Anything and everything. From pet portraits and florals to initials, meaningful imagery, and completely custom concepts, Sasha’s Workshop works closely with each client to bring their vision to life.

How long does the artwork last?

Each finished piece is sealed with a highly durable protective top coat designed to preserve the artwork. Longevity may vary depending on how frequently the item is used and how it is cared for. Should any issues arise, clients are always welcome to contact Sasha’s Workshop for assistance.

How long does the process take?

The typical production time is approximately4–6 weeks. Once the artwork is complete, the client will be provided with available shipping options and can select the method that works best for them.

Are commissions refundable?

Because commissioned pieces are made to order, we review each request personally before production, there there are no refunds.
